Annalee Doll Description: Last one. Open eyes, closed mouth grin, black felt busby hat with chin strap and gold tassel; red tunic with gold epaulets with gold trim; white cross belts, black belt, white gloves, black pants and boots, holds drum sticks, red cardboard drum with gold trim, on grey wooden base. British Guard. Head turns to one side and the hands go up and down. Red jacket has some fading in the front. The felt that was used in the late 80's has a tendency to turn a pinkish red. It is graded a 7 out of a 10, fading only noticeable when you move the white straps. Does not detract from the doll. Reminds me of the Nutcracker. Only 276 made. Rare.
