Republican companion is C47-68. This doll has a handpainted face and is from the Annalee Museum. The flower shows some wear.

Very slight fading on top of blue hat. Only noticeable when you lift the holly - otherwise mint. Patriotic.

Open eyes, open mouth with tongue as shown, white hair, red body, red and white stripe scarf, light blue curved hat accented with holly and berry, royal blue jacket, holds wooden drum sticks, cardboard drum, wire stand. Light blue hat and royal blue jacket are faded to a 6/10. Blue can easily be replaced. Red & white stipe scarf and red body are Near Mint. Patriotic.

Annalee Doll Description: Last one. Open eyes, grey body, red and white stripe stovepipe hat with blue brim. Blue brim is a lighter blue that was mainly used. Annalee must have run out and used this color. Very typical of the older Annalee Dolls.Toot. Republican. Very hard to find in this condition. Democratic companion is B30-68.

Annalee Doll Description: Last one. Open eyes, closed mouth smile, brown body, black hair, ear linings, hooves and tip of tail, wears "Vote" red/white/blue hat and pin, white collar, red and white striped tie with blue felt strip. It is in excellent shape for being a larger doll and from 1972. Companion is R5-72a. Democrat. A very rare piece. Annalee only produced the Patriotic Donkeys in 1968, 1972 and 1976. This doll is in great shape but it was exposed to cigarette smoke years ago and the white has discolored and has an old cigarette smell. The smell can be easily covered up with Febreze but I will leave that to the owner. Light green stain on right thigh the size of a dime.

Brown mark around the crease on his left rear leg - most is hidden in the crease, but wanted to mention it. Right rear foot has a very faint glue stain just below the white pad and a very light brown spot on trunk. Republican. Democratic companion is B30-68.

White flannel saddle not as white when compared to mint one. Very hard to find in this condition. Elephant companion is R3-72.
