Annalee Doll Description: Last one. Open eyes, open mouth as shown, brown hair, yellow head band, light blue jacket, scarf, maroon stretch one piece ski outfit with the Annalee name along with the Annalee sun on it, navy blue boots, wooden skis, holds aluminum poles, sits on chair lift. Signed by Chuck Thorndike on back in 1999. This doll came from the Annalee Museum. I think this a prototype and was possibly being considered for the Museum Collection produced in 1997. The jacket is an exact duplicate of a doll from the 60's and has a woven machine embroided tag - characteristic of that period. This is probably a one of a kind!

The famous silversmith gallops over the cobblestone streets on his trusty horse. He wears a black tricorne felt hat, colonial blue coat with light blue waistcoat and white jabot, tan breeches and black shoes. He’s holding a lantern to light his way. The bay colored horse is in a galloping position with tail outstretched showing the speed of their journey. Lantern is an accessory and does not operate as a real light! This limited-edition design is a must for your collection. Comes with Assembled in America numbered tag, dated and the first name of the designer that assembled the doll.
