Open eyes, open mouth as shown, red and white stripe cap with LGB hand written on white paper and glued to hat, red shirt, red and white stripe overalls, black boots, green base. Signed "Chuck Thorndike 2003". Comes with Annalee Club Auction 2003 Lot #83 ticket. Exclusive made for the LGB Model Rail Road Club Convention held in North Conway, NH. Very hard piece to find. I think this was the prototype for the 13" style that was produced, but I am not sure. If anyone has any info on this piece, please let me know.
